Any idea when technology will make it possible to watch decent streaming video? I was trying to watch MLS' Top 40 Goals of 2005, but gave up after 8 barely decipherable clips.

I just got a call from CompUSA - and it was from the tech who worked on my computer! He apologized and said "There was a problem with the old Power Supply (you know, the brand new one that was less than two months old) so I replaced it, but didn't realize it wasn't the right one." CompUSA actually called me today. They're waiting for a new Hard Drive since my old one started whining and smoking while they were testing it! Since they don't have any 60 GB drives anymore, I have to wait another week, but at least they're replacing it with an 80 Gig. Woo Hoo ( Read more... )

I called CompUSA to ask about my PC. I brought it in for repairs two weeks ago (related entry here) and they were supposed to call this week, but never did. In any event, I was happy to hear the report.
